Warranty Policy 
We offer a Three-Year Warranty for all our silk comforters
This warranty covers any damages or defects caused by the workmanship or materials of this product for three years. It does not cover damages caused by mistreatment such as failure to follow care instructions of this product or damage caused by natural disasters. Fine Silk Comforters will exchange or repair the product under this warranty.

Return Policy
We offer a 20 day money back guarantee on all products sold on www.finesilkcomforters.com
All products must be returned in their original packaging and must be in new condition. In the event of a return, the purchase price of your product will be refunded, less the shipping costs.

Our return procedures
1. Contact us with your return request via phone, or email.
2. You will be provided a returned merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
3. Include the RMA# on your returned package.
4. Send package back to our distribution center (we will provide the address).
5. Credit is given when the merchandise is received, inspected, and processed.
6. The RMA# will expire 20 days from issue, so please send the package promptly.
If you need to exchange merchandise because it is damaged or defective, please notify us within one business day upon receipt of your order.

Cancellation Policy
A Cancellation fee will be applied for orders placed if the following criteria are not met:
1. Cancellation arrangements must be made by phone with our sales representative.
2. Cancellations must be made the same day the order was placed, during business hours of 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time).
Cancellation fees
VISA or MASTERCARD:  2.5% of total purchase price.
American Express: 3.5% of total purchase price.

Shipping Information
We offer free ground shipping on orders over $100.00. Free shipping does not apply to shipments to Hawaii and Alaska. If you need your order shipped faster, the additional shipping charge is automatically calculated based upon your choice of: 3 day Select, 2nd Day Air. Some items may ship separately, but most items will ship directly from our distribution center in Milpitas, California.

Orders to Alaska & Hawaii: $20.00

3 Day Select shipping: $60.00

2nd Day Air shipping: $80.00

Please contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All damaged goods claims must be filed with the carrier.
